NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of COTTONWOOD HIGHLANDS METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NO. 1 (“District”), Town of Parker, County of Douglas, State of Colorado, will hold the next regular meeting on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at 7:00 pm to discuss matters in the agenda below. Regular meetings are held on the Third Tuesdays of Each Month at 7:00pm.
Meetings will be held via video/teleconference, and in person in January, April, July, & October at 8334 Sandreed Circle, Parker, CO 80134.
